Shipping policy

Exchanges/Returns:

We offer exchanges for sizes ONLY for all items on our website. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at sales@kesarikriti.com or reach us on our WhatsApp number +91 9782863743. However, you will have to notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Any later than that will not be entertained by us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange only if it is a standard size order.

Please note, we do not provide style exchanges, we can only exchange for sizes. 

We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.

Sale items:

Sale pieces are not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances. 

Refund Policy

Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds. 

Only in case of damaged/defective products from our end, credit notes will be initiated within 10 working days.

Returns will only be acceptable if the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via E-mail or WhatsApp.
